As part of Immunisation Action week, the Immunisation Coalition is hosting a free flu vaccination day.
You can now register to secure your spot for a free influenza vaccination in your city.

We are excited to announce that registrations are now open for our upcoming Immunisation Skills Workshop!
The March 2025 Immunisation Skills Workshop is a half-day, interactive event, designed to educate and upskill accredited immunisation providers. The workshop is focused in the areas of:
- promoting vaccine confidence
- how to have difficult conversations.

CVU mini webinar on RSV: Recording available for limited time!
To celebrate the launch of the 教育门户, a recording of Wednesday’s CVU mini webinar on RSV preventative therapies is available to 全部 Education Portal users until COB Thursday 13 February 2024. Simply log in or create a profile to start watching.
Following this, the recording will be designated as a ‘past event recording’ which is only accessible to Education Portal members.

OPTIONS XII for the Control of Influenza: Early bird registration extended
OPTIONS for the Control of Influenza is a global scientific meeting with a dedicated focus on influenza. OPTIONS XII will be held in Brisbane from Sunday 29 September to Wednesday 2 October 2024.
Highlights of this year’s conference include focuses on:
- Pacific Island and First Nations health
- interdisciplinary science
- knowledge exchange and networking
- policy and advocacy.
Submissions for late breaking orals and posters are open until 11 July 2024.
Early bird registrations have been extended to 30 June 2024.

Department of Health and Aged Care: 2024 flu season and respiratory illnesses webinar recording available
A recording of the Australian Government Health Department’s 3 May webinar on the 2024 flu season and respiratory illnesses is now available to view.
The webinar was presented by Professor Paul Kelly (Head of the interim Australian Centre for Disease Control) and Professor Nigel Crawford.
